    The first step is to review the calculation of the fair price:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Compare the valuation with market prices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Analyze criteria used by the Administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Detect errors or omissions in the valuation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Presentation of an alternative appreciation sheet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
